About the Rhynos

Christian singer/songwriter Elizabeth Rhyno is married to Rev. Scott Rhyno, an ordained pastor in the Wesleyan Church. Both worship leaders are originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia, where they studied music at Dalhousie University before following a calling into ministry. They moved to Kingswood University (Formerly Bethany Bible College) from 2000-2004, and then to Presque Isle Wesleyan Church in Maine from 2004-2010.

In 2010 the Rhynos and their three kids, Mackenzie, Morgan & Grace, returned to Kingswood University in Sussex, N.B., where Scott served as Vice President for Enrolment and Communications, and Elizabeth was Director of Worship and an adjunct professor.

Most recently, the Rhynos have re-located to Fishers, Indiana, where Scott is the Chief Development Officer of the Wesleyan Church. Elizabeth has launched a new blog, joyletloose.com, and is the Director of Relational Arts for Waterline Church.

The Rhynos have produced several CD recordings, and have received ECMA nominations for 2 of them. They continue to travel to consult with worship teams, and to lead worship at conferences.
